Booking
Participants can book the room for the event, filling the registration form or writing to accommodation@epnsferrara.eu
The Organizing Secretary offer accommodation services during the event days at preferential rates.
The hotels will be assigned by the Organizing Secretariat, based on the requests received and the room availability, in hotels near the city center of Ferrara. We advise you to make your reservation early in order to have the best choice of hotels.
Rooms are available from October 12th to November 30th 2023.
All other dates are upon request and subject to room availability.
Telephone requests cannot be accepted. Individual reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of your full credit card details or wire transfer.
In a later time we’ll send an email with all accommodation details and the confirmation voucher.

Any change or cancellation must be sent in written to: accommodation@epnsferrara.eu

It is possible to allocate your booking to a third party if you send the contact details of the new participant to the Local Secretariat (accommodation@epnsferrara.eu) no later than 20 days before the event. In this event, you agree that it is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.

Cancellation requested received up to 15th December 2023 are eligible for a full refund with a cancellation fee applied for the sum of 30% of the total amount.

Cancellations received after 16th December 2023 will not be refunded for any costs including the training course registration fee.

Please specify in the MEMO LINE the following: FIRSTNAME LASTNAME, EPNS 2024 Registration (i.e. Anthony Smith EPNS 2024 Registration). Replace FIRSTNAME and LASTNAME with your full name. In case administrative people will issue the payment, make clear they have to conform to the above syntax. This is crucial in order to have your payment properly traced since some banks cut the string to a small number of characters!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1) The bank wire transfer and other related fees have to be paid by the participant.
2) After sending your registration payment by bank wire transfer, scan the bank receipt and attach the PDF file in an email to: registration@epnsferrara.eu
Subject: Payment NAME SURNAME (Note: Fill in NAME SURNAME with your full name so that we will be able to monitor your payment with your registration entry). Note: To facilitate the acknowledgement of bank wire transfer payment, be sure to provide your complete name, details of the amount paid, and other applicable information.
Insufficient information causes delays and problems. If you pay for another participant or you have an accompanying person with you, please, specify it in the wire transfer subject.
