- Registration fee does not include any travel costs or travel insurance.
- The accompanying person fee is for non-academic participants (spouses, kids) who are not paper co-authors.

- I am an EPNS member, and I have paid my 2023 EPNS membership fee (if in doubt, email info@epns.info before proceeding with your registration)

- Full payment of the registration fee must have been received before my place at the EPNS Ferrara Training Course/s 2024 is confirmed.
- Registration and payment will be confirmed by e-mail from the Local Secretariat.
- I must organise my own travel insurance.
- If I wish to cancel my attendance at the EPNS Ferrara Training Course 2024 I must do so by contacting the Local Secretariat on registration@epnsferrara.eu
- It is possible to allocate my booking to a third party if I send the contact details of the new participant to the Local Secretariat (accommodation@epnsferrara.eu) no later than 20 days before the event. In this event, I agree that it is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.
- Cancellation requested received up to 15th December 2023 are eligible for a full refund of the EPNS Ferrara Training Course/s 2024 registration fee with a cancellation fee applied for the sum of 30% of the total amount. The EPNS will not meet the costs of any pre-booked accommodation or travel for me or any accompanying partners.
- Cancellations received after 16th December 2023 will not be refunded for any costs including the training course registration fee.
- The EPNS will do its best to ensure that the EPNS Ferrara Training Course 2024 goes ahead, but the EPNS reserves the right to cancel at any time. Where the EPNS is forced to cancel the EPNS Ferrara Training Course 2024 as a result of events arising which are outside of their control, the EPNS us under no obligation to offer a refund of my EPNS Ferrara Training Course 2024 registration fee and the EPNS will not meet the costs of any pre-booked accommodation or travel for me or any accompanying partners.
- Non-arrivals will be liable for the full registration fee of the EPNS Ferrara Training Course 2024.
- Although the EPNS will do its best to follow the published programme in the stated venue, the EPNS reserves the right to make changes (including the venue, the guest speakers and the times of their presentations). In the event that any such changes are made, no refund of the EPNS Ferrara Training Course 2024 fee shall be made.
- The views expressed by guest speakers are theirs alone and do not necessarily represent those of EPNS. The EPNS can take no responsibility for the content or the accuracy of the speakers' presentations.
- Marketing photographs and videos may be taken on-site capturing material that may be used for future marketing and promotional purposes via the EPNS website, newsletters and EPNS social media platforms. By completing this registration form, I am accepting that if photograph(s) and/or video footage are taken of me at the event, the EPNS owns the right to use the materials. Email info@epns.info if you have any concerns.
- I agree for my details to be shared with the EPNS Administration team and any relevant members of the EPNS Ferrara Training Course 2024 faculty/organisation team. My details will not be shared with any third-party company that is not involved with the EPNS Ferrara Training Course 2024. Email info@epns.info if you have any concerns.
- The EPNS accepts no liability for death, illness, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons).
